Manager, Finance
Pamellah Perpetua Odingee is the Finance Manager at the Media Council of Kenya (MCK), the national regulator of Kenya’s vibrant media sector.
She is responsible for prudent financial management, budgeting and accountability in utilization of the Council funds. She formulates and oversees implementation of policy and finance strategy to facilitate the Council’s operations.
She has over 10 years’ experience in Financial Management and Controls, Financial Systems and Policies in various industries including Public institutions, Private institutions and NGOs.
She holds a Master’s in Science in Commerce (MSC-Finance) from KCA University.
CPA Pam is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and also a member of the Association of Women Accountants of Kenya (AWAK).
