Published: Monday, 27 November 2017

Aga Khan University GSMC in partnership with the Media Council of Kenya is conducting a survey to determine level of technology use and uptake among journalists, challenges and opportunities associated with the use and how it has affected their work. This research will be used to identify technology training needs among Journalists.

Journalists participation and input will be extremely helpful. This short survey allows you to share your experiences with the technology you use in your day to day activities and work as a Journalist.

In line with this, we have partnered with Ipsos Limited, a market research company, to collect this feedback on our behalf. A representative from ipsos will contact accredited journalists through email or telephone call to request for their participation.

The Council requests all targeted respondents to facilitate the research partner with the required information to actualize the process.

Please be assured that your contact details and the information obtained through the survey will be kept strictly confidential and will be used solely for this research. However, should you wish us to identify your specific feedback and address it, we will give you an opportunity to authorise this at the end of the survey. The Council greatly appreciates your continued collaboration with the Media Council of Kenya and we look forward to your valuable feedback.
